Privacy

Updated on 30 October 2026.

This page explains what happens to your data when you visit wastechlab.com or write to me. I am Vladimir Makarevich, and I run the site under the Wastech Lab. name.

What I count

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. I see totals by page, referring site, country, browser and device type, and how fast the pages load.

Hosting

The site is served by Firebase Hosting from Google, and its domain is managed through Cloudflare. To deliver a page, their servers process your IP address and browser details, as any web server does.

Fonts and images come from this site too, so apart from the analytics script the page loads nothing from other services.

Email

If you write to me, I receive your address and what you put in the message. I use them to reply and to talk about the work you asked about. I do not add you to a mailing list or pass your message on.

On your device

If you switch to the light theme, the choice is saved in your browser so the next page opens in it. It stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. The site sets no cookies of its own.

Project pages link to GitHub, npm, Google Play, the App Store and a few other sites. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that site applies.

Your requests

You can ask me what I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Write to me and I will answer by email.
